Not Receiving Bonuses

I recently signed up for 5G Internet and was supposed to get a $200 gift card for services/devices from Verizon and free Netflix and MAX for 1 year. I received a text about the Netflix setup, but I have not received anything about the $200 gift card or setting up MAX. I also don't seem to have been given an account number in any communication to be able to add my service to My Verizon.

Side note: Every time I try to chat someone in Firefox or Chrome, it wants me to sign in and gives a link to a page not found website, making it impossible to chat with anyone.

I was just making sure that the $200 bonus was just added for sure. I was told I'd receive texts for each of the items and only had 8 weeks to use the $200.

I got setup for the service on 12/12/24 through the online chat with Katniss. I have a My Verizon account; however, I cannot link my service because I do not know the account number yet. Haven't received anything stating what that was. That's when I tried to reach back out via chat and now it's making me logon, but the logon link gives a page not found error so can't chat with anyone to ask.
