Not able to redeem rewards

I recently signed up for Verizon home internet, and got an email saying i can redeem my rewards at my Verizon. However, there is no 'home' offers tab that i can use to redeem when i login.

Hey there, sfperrys, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue when trying to redeem your rewards. You mentioned you have signed up for home Internet. Do you have LTE/5G Home Internet or residential FiOS Internet?
