Signed up for 5G plus service 2 weeks ago. Initially speed tests were 250 gbs and higher. Now all testing through out the day and mornings are 80-100gbs. I’m paying for higher speeds but only getting lowest quality. BAIT and SWITCH????

As with almost all ISP's - it's up to 300mbps and results are not guaranteed. With more customers signing up, the bands are split to more people, affecting your speed.
From about 10am-1am - I expect around 50-100mbps. Plenty to do what I need.
After 1am - if I do a speedtest it's usually in the 300 mark.
Try a speed test at 2am.
I'm still happy with the service and price, but other addresses have different competition also.
Starlink ran the same way - running about 30-40mbps in the daytime and early evening - but at night when people go to sleep, it was running 200-250.
I don't think there's any bait and switch about it.

We definitely want to make sure that your data speeds are up to your expectations. Please tell us, has your usage changed from when you initially signed up? How many devices are connected? ~Geo
