Not initially told to return router

• When I canceled 5G, I was not told to return the router. I then moved out of state and the router was thrown away. Although I repeatedly explained,  I had to pay $212.00  even though I wasnot initially told to return it. No one would escalate to a manager.  Iwill never use Verizon again.
