I've been getting jerked around by text and phone support for 9 days with a unresolved ticket thats being ignored. All devices on the account drop service while on a specific tower (home tower) all day long.
First they told me there are trees in the way (you know because new forest just sprung up between me and tower over night in the winter). So I drove to multiple locations still using this same tower and issue continued. then they finally tell me its a tower issue, I think its going top be fixed. its 3 days later and still not fixed. I call to complain again and they say there is no issue with the tower and they arent doing anything else about it.
Put out a post on the local facebook page and multiple people have same issue all starting the same date but verizon isnt doing anything about it and claiming poor coverage when the area has never experienced poor coverage before that date.
Can't use any verizon device at home more than 15 minutes without it going into SOS or no service mode after 20 years of all devices working fine.
Im fed up with this company

DangerDays, we understand the need for reliable service, and are truly sorry to learn of the connectivity issues you've been experiencing. It sounds like we may have already lifted this issue up to our network team, and we'd love to take a closer look at your account, so we can review their findings. To better assist, we'll be sending you a Private Message.

I have the same issue, but the issue goes away if i can set up a hotspot really quickly after restarting the phone and force my computer to connect to it, then I don't lose service all day.
which means this is not an iOS or iPhone issue, this is Verizon trying to play ping pong and control bandwidth in certain areas.

Hello, DeerSpotter, we know it's important to have reliable service when you need it. To make sure we're on the same page, are you running into an issue with service only at home? How long has this been happening? Are you also seeing the SOS indicator on your device?
