I purchased and activated my 5g home internet on March 22, 2024. That’s was a promotional period for the free Nintendo switch and the target gift card. I waited the 65 days, it’s been well after that now and still don’t have a tile to redeem in the app for these offers. When I go through the troubleshooting steps and go to put my order date and offer code it says that it can’t be found. I CLEARLY have the internet and can see exactly when I started it in my billing. I AM CONFUSED and just am wanting what was promised. I am overall pleased with the service and price but was very looking forward to these incentives.

I am having an issue with redeeming my $200 Target giftcard.  I received the email that my offer was ready to redeem on 5/13/24, but I have no tile to do it.  I am very pleased with both my mobile and home internet. I am very upset about not being able to complete the offer. If you are not going to honor it, don't offer it!

No, I haven’t been able to submit anything for it. I’ve been reached out to twice via direct message but once I respond I don’t hear anything back even though days have passed.
