Ordered 5G Home Internet back in December and still can't redeem Xbox Series X

I was told in my order confirmation Email that I was eligible for the Xbox Series X and Amazon gift card promotion. I was able to redeem the Amazon gift card through my account but I am yet to see the option to redeem the Xbox Series X or receive an Email for it.
