The best way to figure out if you're in an outage area is to use this link here: https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/ You'll be able to find any outages and important info such as the ETR and any updates.
If there isn't a reported outage, we also recommend going through troubleshooting using this link here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/ It'll let you find your device by signing in or by searching for it and provide you with the troubleshooting steps you'll need to fix the issue.
