Good morning! I've had my home Internet with Verizon since 3/18 (when I received my new router). I love my Verizon service and the customer service is excellent. My only issue is i haven't received any communication regarding the sign up bonus (switch/GC). I ve checked both email and app regularly for redemption info:(

Good morning! The promo is for Verizon Home Internet 5G. It included a nintendo switch and a $200 GC to Target.

Good morning! When might Verizon make good on the promotion offered for signing with Verizon for my home Internet? I've been a loyal customer for 21 years. I would like Verizon to make good on its offers. I've been through the waiting period. Now it's time for some answers please so I'm not foolishly wasting time checking my email and checking My Verizon for the redemption tile. It's a waste of time if Verizon isnt planning on honoring it's end of the deal.
