Poor 5G service in Bowie, Md

I live in Bowie MD and the 5G is TERRIBLE.  Why am I paying monthly for this service when 90% of the time the coverage is so weak my calls drop, TV buffers or freezes and router needs to be reset.  There are so many forums with people with the same issues yet I haven’t seen any responses from Verizon on a solution. My next step is filing a FCC complaint.
