Poor Internet Connection

I've had very poor internet for the past 3 weeks. Speeds are a 1/10 of what they used to be and constantly fluctuate so when they do get at least decent for a bit, it's to sporadic to actually enjoy.

Done a ton of reboots and calls to Verizon and nothing has worked. Even got a ticket put in on 1/14 for a tech to reach out before last Friday to come by and check in-person and for a new box to be delivered. Sadly no one contacted me at all last week about the visit or the delivery (I don't know if the tech is supposed to bring the new box?) and I'm still just here sitting on my thumbs.

Pretty upset about all this. Don't know why my internet would suddenly nosedive like this after a year+ of it meeting expectations. Sadly, it seems that Verizon has only given me the runaround and now I'm posting here to see if I can get some assistance because I'm really done with the phonecalls.

Still no follow-ups despite being promised I would be contacted.

And it looks as though I will get no help here either.
