So I've had a few months to use Verizon 5G home internet - I've helped others here as well.
The service is just too inconsistent - I get 35MB/sec downloads, and then it stutters on live streams.
I made sure I kept my signal strength below -110, once it got higher, it got worse.
I will miss the price. I went back to Starlink. Starlink has made many improvements. 22ms ping? That's better than my DSL backup!
I'm going to test for a week, and then probably cancelling. It's either too overpopulated, or just not ready for primetime (I'm in the country, I know at least one person who uses Verizon 5G near me by the wifi names, but...)
It's been fun!
And I will videotape and record everything to send this device back, I see way too many stories of you receiving the equipment and giving excuses to charge. I kept the original boxes! โค๏ธ

One of our main goals is to provide reliable service, and we are concerned to learn that you are experiencing issues. To better assist, tell us a little more. Do you have problems with a specific device at home? Did you recently move the device to a different room or location?
