I switched my home from Att on cyber Monday. I was promised an echo show and Xbox s series. I got the echo show but not the Xbox. I have filed numerous tickets, phone calls and escalated with promises of call backs and follow ups. Still nothing. I waited the 60 days before calling. Which government agency do I report them to?
to top it off they opened a ticket to order one after one of my complaints and are supposedly having one sent else to a retail store 30 miles from me. 2 weeks ago I did another follow up call and was told it was there. I drove the 30 miles each way and of course it was not there.
I will not give up.
