I switched my home from Att on cyber Monday. I was promised an echo show and Xbox s series. I got the echo show but not the Xbox. I have filed numerous tickets, phone calls and escalated with promises of call backs and follow ups. Still nothing.  I waited the 60 days before calling. Which government agency do I report them to?

to top it off they opened a ticket to order one after one of my complaints and are supposedly having one sent else to a retail store 30 miles from me.  2 weeks ago I did another follow up call and was told it was there.  I drove the 30 miles each way and of course it was not there.  

I will not give up.

Update. Still no xbox. Nimerous calls with promise it was escalated and I would hear back in a week. Didnt happen. On phone with them again. This is tificulous

I'm having the same fight. Make sure to save screenshots of  your conversations, as they don't allow you to have access of the transcripts and disabled copy/paste from chat.

I wish you luck, you're probably going to need it.

Good luck to you. Signed up for it 12/29 of last year and every 2 weeks of escalations since then, it’s been no response, no follow-up, or customer support saying they can’t do anything about it. Still don’t have it and the recent escalation was rejected with them saying I didn’t sign up for it during the promotional term.

Absolutely ridiculous.
