Promotion for switching not active

for 2 months now we've been unable to redeem our offer. Keep saying to check our email and theyre giving us this giftcard and this giftcard. 17 year members!

We reached out in january after being unable to redeem our offer for switching to 5g (home pod or $200 verizon card). I reached out and they were unable to help said elevate the issue and someone would contact us. 2 weeks go by i reach out again. We end up with a $55 credit and being promised in 3 weeks an email with a giftcard for $333 would be sent out. Again.NOTHING.
