Promotion nightmare

After waiting weeks to hear back , being told I was qualified for a promotion (Nintendo Switch), I was just told by the 5th rep that I am not qualified for it. After also receiving a promo code by Verizon themselves with the code, it still did not work! Now I’m being told that I am not qualified for the promotion because of the date my service was added. This was all misleading information from Verizon to try and get me to sign up for home internet and the internet is not even reliable. This is very disappointing when I pay Verizon every month as I promised but they can’t keep their end of their bargain.
