Hello, I like many others have been having the promotion redemption error but in my case I do have the tile and I have received the email telling me I can redeem my offer. The problem is when I click on the tile and choose the Nintendo switch and then accept the terms and service and click the got it button, instead of going to the shipping details I get the error saying it could not be added to my account at this time please try again later. I've been working on this problem for almost a week to no avail and all I'm told is to wait 5 to 7 days and someone might possibly get back to me...

I'm sorry you were having difficulties AcyclicCorgi. What service did you start? When did you start service? Have you reached out to us over the phone? If so, what was the resolution?-Joe

I've reached out in multiple methods. Phone, text, chat, etc ... I'm guessing whoever didn't expect to have to give away this many devices and they ran out of stock so I have to wait for a stock replenishment before I can redeem my offer. Until then I keep getting an error in the app when trying to do so...

I've got the higher tier 5G internet package so it's the gray tower box and I started a little over 2 months ago so I just got the redemption offer eligibility on Monday July 15th
