So on December 13, I saw an ad that Verizon wireless was offering Xbox series X, Verizon gift card of $100, and additional $200 Amazon gift card. With my excitement i cancelled my xfinity account and signed up for the deal. After a week, i asked to follow up with my promotion, i was told it would take 30 days. So I waited. Today, I chatted with the supervisor and I was told I was not able for all the promotions but only for the Amazon gift card. I asked for them to investigate my chat with a live agent on when I signed up, they told me they all 3. This is ridiculous. After being a customer of 12 years, I am now considering of maybe looking for another dealer. Not only did I waste my time chatting for endless hours but also they are making me feel like a liar!!!!
