Promotional item issue

When I signed up for home internet, I was told I would get a promotional item, which was the Chromebook offer at the time. Fast forward 3-4 months now and I still have no Chromebook and can’t get anyone to tell me what I should do to get it or if I will even receive it. I am beyond frustrated!! I’ve been with Verizon for years but now I’m rethinking if I want to switch to another carrier entirely. Verizon follow up is terrible, the chat assistant is terrible and most live agents give you the run around! Can someone help me figure out what I need to do or if I should just give up and switch to someone else who might care about their customers??

Hello, lilac26. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers and a resolution. Please tell me more about the promotion in question. Is this regarding Verizon Wireless or Verizon Fios?
