These were part of home internet promotions when I signed up for home internet:

- Verizon gift card

- Amazon gift card

- JBL speaker

There is no clue in my account that says that I will get these promotions on Aug 31st 2025. Earlier my account view had a tile to show that I can redeem JBL speaker on 31st August but that tile disappeared now. Has anyone been able to get these promotions?

By partnering with support, the issue of missing promotional rewards was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with promotion redemption common factors can include activation dates, eligibility windows, and required steps for claiming the offer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When you first sign up it is normal for the notification to appear with a date of when you can apply. Once the promotion is available you will see a new tile to move forward with. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. We are always happy to help.

The tile does not show in app on iOS anymore. Most people will just forget to redeem since it does not show up under account. Also, I had Youtube premium access for 6 months for free. When I registered for it, Verizon charged me $10 that month. I had to call up and talk to multiple reps who had no clue. One of them told me that YouTube promotion was only for FiOS customers. But I had screenshot of the offer for 5G Home Internet customer. Anyways, I had to remove Youtube Premium to get $10 off my Verizon bill. Does not look good on part of such a big company to promise something and later deny it.
