Hello everyone.
I have a question regarding the Verizon 5g Website.
For the past 2 months I have been trying to use the Verizon 5g Website to change some of my device settings and get rid of a few devices that I no longer use. For the past 2 months I have not been able to do anything on the Verizon 5g Website. This began happening about 2 months after I received the WNC-CR200A gateway, Which Verizon said was an upgrade to my original gateway the ASK-1388FA. When I go to the Verizon 5g Website, Everything displays as normal. However the quick actions are greyed out, and all of the other functions are offline. Therefore, I am unable to make the necessary changes. Even though my devices appear offline on the Verizon 5g Website, When I visit my portal 192.168.1.1, My devices appear online.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!.
