Questions about Autopay Discount and Amazon Gift Card.

Hello. I recently signed up for 5G home internet and have two questions. Firstly, I applied for the autopay discount on 01/08 to receive a $10 deduction, but it wasn't applied to the bill I received on 1/11. Is it possible that the discount doesn't apply for the first month?
Secondly, I redeemed a $200 Amazon gift card on the website, but I haven't received any emails or updates since. On the website, it shows "already claimed" under the Amazon gift card section, but I haven't received any related emails. I also didn't receive a confirmation email for the redemption. Could you please provide information on this? Thank you.

Hello. Thank you for your response. The Verizon website indicates that the application has been successfully submitted, but I haven't received any related emails after applying for the Amazon gift card. Therefore, I haven't received a tracking number either. It seems there might have been an error in the process. What should I do to resolve this? Thank you.
