Hello All
I currently have 5G home internet. If I upgrade to the Plus service does Verizon merely flip a switch or do I start over w/a new account and have to reinstate my current discounts, etc. from scratch?
My concern is due to an equipment failure (white cube) which Verizon replaced with the newer grey rectangular unit (WNC-CR200A) only to find that I had lost my grandfathered plan and have since been paying the same price for slower speeds. Hence, I want to avoid pressing the ejection button and once again opening a can of worms.
