I began switching my cell phone over and did the order online. Got to the store. Got upsold saying, i would qualify for a discount with my multiplan and switching and got the normal plan. Had to call in to upgrade to plus and was told doing so would qualify me for the Xbox Christmas promo. Than had to call back multiple times for updates when they eventually told me I wouldn't get it after the account was reviewed. Than after buying one of the only compatible case for my s9 fe that I got thru Verizon it doesn't fit and they Than can't refund the credit properly and now it's just on my bill. I was excited to switch to Verizon and now I'm regretting it slightly.
