Help! My phone finds the signal, but my receiver picks nothing up (for set u). The Light stays red or just a blinking white dot.
You need to provide more information. What router do you have? Did this ever work?
Did you use the 5G tower locator in the My Verizon app to position it best? It might even be worth putting it outside temporarily according to the tower locator to get it up and running also, and then returning where the app says is best.
