I'm just trying to find somewhere to vent my frustration with Verizon and why I will never buy from them again. They had an agent go door to door in the hood selling their 5g home internet. We were told it was free and that we would get a credit line for signing up. I already was paying $10 per month with Xfinity and was happy with that, but yet I signed up for the Verizon product anyway. The box showed up days later and they told me I had to hurry and login. Aside from logging in I never used that box, and a bill of over $100 came. There was need was a cost so I asked them to take their box back. They were to send me the address label, and after calling several times and being told it was on the way, months went pass and I was charged each month. Now I owed over $300. After complaining to a supervisor, I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything....yet I still was being charged and it went on my credit report. I don't know what they say I owe them now, but it is sad how they bullied me, or at least tried to with lies and receipt, and disregard for my credit and well being.
