Red Blinking wi-fi Status light

Im trying to activate my Verizon Internet Gateway. I have a good signal but the WiFi light continues to blink red. Any thoughts? Instructions say to work through the app but it doesn’t seem to give me any help there. I have a suspicion that my device may not have been activated.
