I have had nothing nice to say about Verizon for over a year. The longest break I have had from contacting Verizon customer service is a couple weeks. The Internet was awful so I complained, they set up an entirely be Internet service without cutting off the original service. They charged me for equipment I returned even though they could see it was returned. They messed up my account so bad at one point that I had to pay 2 bills in one month. Customer service always promised to fix issues but they either got worse, were fixed and reverted back etc. finally I cancelled the Internet because it literally did not work. They removed an inaccurate charge after several phone calls and in person store visits. Finally, as of now, they have added yet another $ 300 charge for equipment that I returned long ago. Verizon used to be the best cell service. Now they just do not care about customers. The quality of Verizon products and services is sub par and I can almost guarantee I will not get this issue resolved unless I clock in like I work for them and beg shamelessly for them to stop taking money I do not owe. I feel vulnerable as a consumer because I have no recourse.

Hello! I searched for the receipt but cannot find it. It has been around a month. The last customer service rep I talked to said it was received.

Update
I called Verizon yesterday and was repeatedly put on hold for 30 mins claiming they were looking for a supervisor. Then they said a supervisor would call me back. They never did. I also got a private message advising me if there is no receipt then they cannot help me. Totally different protocol than last month when this happened. Also, my bill is now $800+ and in danger of being delinquent due to unreturned equipment they never checked to see if they had. Verizon consistently proves it hates customers.

Update! Currently in the phone with Verizon. Was advised $550 of my bill is in fees that should not exist because they have verified the equipment was returned. The amount of stress over the past 6 months + over the charges and horrible customer service is ridiculous. The customer service has been atrocious. I am poor and disabled and they are literally stealing from me every time I turn around. What will it take? This is insane. There is no escalation protocol or any help just lies and the run around and more charges.
