I've had to disconnect my service for 5g home internet effective today. I called in for the shipping label to return the device, as it says i can in the terms and conditions. I cannot and will not go to a ups store because I have no way to do so. How do I get the label?

We don't want you to have any problems with your return. If the label hasn't arrived, and there's any doubt that it's not being sent to the right place, we recommend taking your 5G Home Internet device to a UPS store in your area. They'll do the packaging for you, provide you with a receipt, and use the serial number on the 5G Home Internet to return that device to us, so it's really the fastest and easiest option available.

When you send your 5G device, be sure to download proof of shipping/tracking and to document that you sent it or else they'll charge you for not returning the equipment. Verizon charged me $217.50 because they said I didn't return it when I did using their own shipping box and label. I'm still trying to get my money back that Verizon owes me. Verizon needs to fix their return tracking system--it's a mess.
