Hello, I'm looking for assistance on what to do in this situation. I canceled my home internet service from Verizon and followed the procedure provided by Verizon via Email to return my Equipment through UPS and received a receipt from UPS.
Now I'm getting a fee from Verizon claiming that I did not return my Equipment. I have contacted Verizon multiple times and keep getting the same response from every employee that I speak to, which is that they cannot find my Equipment in their system and that I need to go back to UPS to ask them where my Equipment is. After visiting UPS, the UPS representatives have stated that they do not have access to Verizon returns on their end and Verizon is fully responsible to figure this out.
I truly don't know what to do now and feel like I'm just going in circles, any advice is appreciated.
