I signed up for Verizon Internet because I already had mobile services through them plus they had a promotion going! $200 gift card to target. Well I ended up moving 6 months later and no longer needed the WiFi! I called to disconnect service paid any remainder bills and was told I would receive a shipping kit. It took me calling several time to get it and they sent it after the 30 day deadline before I’m charged for the equipment. There’s the first $229 charge to my account. Then a month later after trying to resolve the mistake they made I notice another $200 charge for a rebate promotion.  I called and kept getting the run around. Now it’s oh we can fix the charge for the router because we can see you did receive it late and it’s been returned but we’re charging you for disconnecting your services within the promotion period!! when did anyone ever mention that? I’ve had the service for 6 months I signed a 6 month lease and now I have to pay back $200 for the gift card for signing up? That’s crazy!! Verizon is the ONLY carrier with HIDDEN FEES!!! you will regret going with them!! 5G Home Internet #promotions
