Returned 5G Home trial routers in time, yet charged $500

Hello,

The salesperson forced me to trial 5G Home Internet at a Verizon Center and assured me that it was just a trial and that if it didn't work, I could return the equipment for free. It didn't work (I had Fios already), so I returned it with the shipping boxes through UPS. And I forgot about it. When I checked my credit card statement from August, I found that they charged me 500$ for not returning the two receivers!

How should I solve this issue?

I am concerned since I don't even have the UPS receipt anymore!

Good news! Customer care fixed the issue and returned the amount as an account credit.
