On 1 March 2025 I terminated my 5G internet service with Verizon because it wasn't working well at my location. I used the label inside the box to return the device to them because customer service told me to do so. I dropped it off at the UPS store here and I have the receipt for that. It was shipped to an address in Whiteland Indiana. UPS informed me it was delivered to that address in Indiana on 7 March at 2:59 pm.
Today I received and email from Verizon notifying me that they have not received the device and I am being charged $200. Outrageous! I called customer service three different times today and they say they cannot access my account. They say I have to go to a store and get help with my ID. I went to the store and the employee there could not help me with this problem at all.
I have PROOF that the device was delivered to the Whiteland IN location. I came here through an internet search and found that many many people here have experienced this same problem and this is not encouraging at all. Many people have had this problem since the middle of last year and why hasn't Verizon done something about the problem at the Whiteland IN location?
Can Verizon please explain this?
