Returned equipment charge

Since January, my husband and I have spoken with over a dozen representatives who "promise" to take care of this and it definitely has not been taken care. 

We've tried over and over to get a return label for the 5g router (which we were forced into by a home solicitor at 6:30 at night by). We are unable to switch to verizon due to just moving and committing to another company. 

After not receiving a return label for months, I was charged $205 for unreturned equipment. I'm now out $205 with no hopes in receiving a refund. I'm at a loss of what to do besides take my business elsewhere after being with verizon for 9 years. PLEASE HELP!!

I have the same issue. Military family that moved and 5g not available at our new location. No return label or return packaging received  despite multiple  calls and hours spent talking with Verizon customer service. I even took the modem to 3 local Verizon stores but they are all independent contractors. This is criminal behavior by Verizon and completely unacceptable.

Wdetar, I hope your new home is working out well, and really do appreicate our military familes. Not just saying that as en employe. I've got a history background, and a friend of my did a deployment about a decade back. Not long after he just got married. So I appreicate what you all experince and go through. For sure want to help clear this equipment issue up. I'll be sending a Private Message, so I can help with that.
