Over the period of 36 hours I’ve had to reboot my router 7 times and made three calls to 800 number - last call rep stated I would get a new router overnight…FALSE ..I have to wait four days and I can’t even go to a store to pick one up ! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and am not getting one bit of satisfaction / why can’t a router be shipped overnight ! Why can’t I pick a replacement up at store! Why am I not being offered any compensation for this aggravation!
