Over the period of 36 hours I’ve had to reboot my router 7 times and made three calls to 800 number - last call rep stated I would get a new router overnight…FALSE ..I have to wait four days and I can’t even go to a store to pick one up ! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and am not getting one bit of satisfaction / why can’t a router be shipped overnight ! Why can’t I pick a replacement up at store! Why am I not being offered any compensation for this aggravation!

Because they don't have any routers at stores. They are phone sellers.

5G home internet - spent 1.25 hours on phone again today as router will not arrive tomorrow as they don’t know where it is and can’t issue a new shipment until original shows up !!!! Was supposed to speak to supervisor but was told at  1 pm ET that it would take a minimum of 2 hours for one to call me - it’s now been 4 hours and no call, no router, no satisfaction

Just like the call that didn’t happen from a supervisor - still have no resolution - been at this since Thursday 8/27 and too many phone calls to list all of which you have documented

So to whom do I complain - they mailed router to CA! And I live in MA… always have …. And they can’t expedite beyond two days - c’mon  Verizon get real

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. NO MANGER PHONE CALL AND SPENT OVER 3 HOURS THIS WEEK ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON, NO HELP YWT. OVER 10 YEARS I HAV EBEN A CUSTOMER AND I AM LOOKING TO SWITCH.
