My Verizon 5g Internet Service is working, BUT when I dial my 5g Internet Access Phone Number I get a message telling me that the number is disconnected or no longer in service. Is there something I need to do OR someone I need to call to straighten this out OR is it normal for this kind of thing to happen. OR do I need to get a new number since I have moved, I have already signed up for new service on June 12 2024?.
