SERVICE STILL WORKING BUT MY SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED

My Verizon 5g Internet Service is working, BUT when I dial my 5g Internet Access Phone Number I get a message telling me that the number is disconnected or no longer in service.  Is there something I need to do OR someone I need to call to straighten this out OR is it normal for this kind of thing to happen. OR do I need to get a new number since I have moved, I have already signed up for new service on June 12 2024?.

Before anything, the 5G Home Internet number is strictly for billing purposes (identify your Home Internet line), it is not intended for making/receive calls. What leads you to believe your 5G Home Internet is not working?

Good Morning it is supposed to be a little hot out here until Saturday, I do not like the heat but what is one supposed to do, All that can be done in hot weather is to stay hydrated and hope for the best!!!.

As for my 5g Internet issue.  I realize that the phone number that I was given when I signed up for Verizon 5g Internet service is not designed to receive calls.  As corny as it may sound, I got a little bored one night and was looking for some way to waste a little time, So I decided to call my 5g access number for kicks.  When I got a recording saying that the number you have reached is either disconnected or no longer in service, that caught my attention, simply because the first thing that ran through my head is since my Internet is working quite well, How can the 5g phone number be disconnected.  The device I have does not have a signal meter on it, so I cannot give you a signal strength rating, All I can tell You is that my 5G Internet Service is working better then it did when I first signed up for service a little over a year ago.  If You would like me to explain what I am talking about, Please do not hesitate to get back to me and I will be happy to explain the REAL WEIRD details.  I would explain them now, but that would make this message a REAL LONG ONE!!!.

As far as I know everything is well with my 5g service.  I just got a little suspicious because after having the Verizon 5g Internet service for about a year I suddenly realized that my service address needed to be changed.  So just to make things easy for myself I signed up for new service.  When I signed up for new service, I changed my service address to the address that I moved to.  In mid June of 2024 my service was re-routed to my new address, Needless-to-say, Once that was done Everything has been, and still is working MUCH better then I expected.  ALL of the devices that I was having problems with are working as well as I expected them to when I first signed up for Verizon 5g Internet service.
