I am very disappointed and Verizon for the way they handled this and have not communicated this promotion properly to their employees. I’ve done everything that they’ve said to troubleshoot the issue and I’m not being offered the Nintendo switch and the $200 target gift card that they advertised when I signed up for Verizon home Internet. When I call I get a different person each time and they act like this is something that hasn’t happened before but I can clearly see on these community forums that plenty of other people have had the same issue. Why can’t Verizon reach out and fix this issue? Very frustrating.

We're sorry to read that you have not gotten your offers. Are you able to see the offers on your My Verizon account? Where did you purchase your 5G Home service? ~Peter

It has been insane I’ve spent hours on the phone with them and chat and have gotten nowhere, finally got a promo code for the Nintendo and it doesn’t work, still have been given zero info on the gift card. I’ve had call center people randomly transfer me to individuals to just start all over. One lady pretended she couldn’t hear me before just hanging up. Had an insanely rude chat customer service rep. This has actually blown my mind. Just mail the switch and gift card. I’m so fed up with how this promotion worked and customer service I truly plan and dropping even my phone service and I’ve been with them for 20 years
