Im so sick and tired of this game that verizon is been playing with the promotion.

I was offer a free Samsung Chromebook Go to sign up for the Home Internet in April of 2024.

I was told that I need to keep the service active for 3 months before I can redem the device. I call in July 2024 to redem the device and I was told that the uploading the redem promotion to the app and I should see it soon. I waited for over 7 days nothing, I called again  the instructions now change and now they are sending me an email i waited for over a month no email. I called  and they escalate the issue and they ask me to wait. Finally in Sep 2024 after 5 months someone email me to tell me that the item was not available and that they would provide me a $350.00 gift card for samsung to wait  7-10 days. Now Jan 2025  I have no computer, no gift card and I call to complaint about this issue and the agent that took my call was very nasty*** and had no intention to solve this problem. She refuse to escalate the issue and show that verizon does not care for their customers. She stated that she has been working in Verizon for 22 years and she knows better that I should contact Samsung and open a complaint there....  #badcustomerservice 

I need verizon to be responsible and take action for this bad employee and provide me the computer that they offer.
