How do I receive Samsung TV offer for Home Internet activated on April 23 which is 66 days ago? Tile on app is gone and no email to redeem. This seems to be a common complaint.

Moderator: It looks like we tried to resolve this through private message. Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.
