Seriously... How do you return your equipment?

This question seems to be an on- going theme here. Almost like Verizon wants to hit people with $200 non-return fees. 

Anyways, I'm not allowed to chat anymore, I guess because I cancelled my service so it won't let me sign in, and customer service was no help.

People here seem to have conflicting stories on whether they can bring it to a Verizon store or not. My fiance warned me we shouldn't sign up for this because Verizon is sketch; guess I should've listened this time, lol.

Someone needs to let me know what to do, and preferably just send me a shipping label so I can get this out of my house. I've documented all the times I've tried contacting you in case you come at me with any fees. Trust, I don't want your lame equipment that doesn't work.
