Service down all evening

In the Richmond/San Pablo area 5g home Internet service has been down all evening.  Outage checker says no problem.. talked to support said there was a local outage. It has been hours with no update. This level of bad service/communication I expect from Comcast not Verizon.

We understand not having an internet connection can be frustrating. To check the status of an outage you can go to https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/ for addtional information.
