Arkansas here. For over a month have had glitches and no service. I've gotten replacement boxes and even a new number and got the extender as well. Still nothing has worked and yes I gone through troubleshooting and put in 2 tower service tickets and still nothing has changed. I don't think they have checked the tower out here. Even phone service is in and out bad!
