Shipping Label

I had (and loved) 5G home internet, but I have moved. Verizon sent me a box for the return, but no shipping label was in it. How do I get one?

We're sorry about the problems you're having getting your 5G Home Internet device back to us. No worries about needing a label or box. You can return the 5G Home Internet to any UPS and they'll scan and package it for you. No label or QR code necessary.

Hello,

I am in the same situation - received the return kit without the prepaid return label. Did you go through with the VZ rep Jesse’s suggestion to have UPS label the package? I called VZ to have them send another kit. If I don’t receive it, I will try my luck with the UPS store.

Hi,

I’m responding to my own post. I returned the 5G gateway at my local UPS store. They generated the return label after scanning the gateway. I received confirmation right away that the device has been returned to Verizon.
