I signed up for the 5G home internet due to the Xbox and Amazon gift card offer back In December. The service has been active for over a month, and I have yet to receive and email with offer details nor do I have the tiles available on my account portal. I have spoken to multiple agents and have received a different response every time including multiple tickets submitted from which I never heard back. I have been a mobile customer for over two decades and was just as long with my previous internet provider before making the switch. Please help me redeem my offer items. Thank you.
