Got a new 5g home internet (lv65 which i think needs service linked to my account in the app in order for me to be able to set the device up) but when trying to log in to the app sometimes I get a prompt saying "
To access this page, link services to your profile.
Currently, you're signed in as a guest. Certain pages can only be accessed after you update your profile to link your Verizon services." and when trying to link the service i get error saying something went wrong and try again which i did many times. The app does not show anything about my account. It's so frustrating as I need to get internet connectivity for my work and been stuck here with no clue.
