This problem was supposedly going to be fixed in Software Version: 3.3.0.3, but unfortunately, I have been unable to update the software on my ASK-NCQ1338. This has given me a headache for six months. It's hard to imagine such a low level of technical service from a company of this size. I am I am a verzion loyal user for over 10 years. But this incident has me ready to leave. Absolute garbage service.
