So I am paying $55 a month for up to 300, yes I am getting this below. I may not be with Verizon for too long.

I too am having very terribl speed all of a sudden. I can’t even access support or anything. My cell service has gotten slower as well. I searched all over to see if Verizon is having problems but see nothing posted. It’s getting ridiculous not being able to do what we pay for.

Run a speedtest at 2am and see your results there.

anthony7501, we want to make sure that you receive the premium service you're paying for. Please tell us, how often do you experience speeds lower than 300 Mbps? To clarify, do you have the 5G Home or 5G Home Plus plan?
