Echo show, Amazon GC, XBox... I decided to pick the GC, it was a few days before black Friday and I was excited to get to use it for some sale items I was wanting. Here it is, Dec 12, and I'm still getting the run around. I'm to the point where I think it's just a lie being told to get new consumers. Every time I reach out to support I get false promises and more lies. I want the current promotion of the GC from Amazon and the Xbox after all the inconvenience this has caused. I have spent hours talking with several support agents, been told I would have the card and was getting credits to my Verizon account, which has yet to happen. I no longer believe that I will be issued any promotion and will definitely be telling my friends and family to not consider Verizon at all because they seem to be willing to promise all these consumers incentives that they will never actually receive. Seems like false advertising and deceptive practices more and more... (By the way, "sc@mmed" is a bad word and can't be included in my title... How ridiculous)

Mrdsg2022, I apologize there's been issues with the Amazon Gift Card. We've not been much happier about it either on the Customer Care end, as it's causing problems for customers. There have been some technical issues which impacted people being able to redeem the offers, and I'm sorry for that. I'm sending a Private Message, so we can check on things with your own redemption and what's up.
